What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Sales & Design Consultant with experience in the furniture industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, client-focused, and eager to contribute to dynamic, high-end projects.
Role & Work Environment
- Office-Based Role: This position is based at OK Home, Pantar Road, Lija (remote work is not an option).
- Client Interaction: Scheduled meetings with clients to discuss project requirements will be required.
- On-Site Visits: Occasional site visits may be necessary.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with flexibility after the probation period).
Requirements
- Industry Experience: A background in the furniture industry is essential.
- International Exposure: Availability to attend major exhibitions, such as Salone del Mobile, is a plus.
- Design Knowledge: Proficiency in design software will be considered an asset.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead our Blinds & Curtains Department. Role
- Drive department sales by setting achievable goals and ensuring targets are met.
- Analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to increase sales through promotions, product placement, and customer engagement.
- Ensure the department provides exceptional customer service by offering expert advice on products and assisting with design solutions for customers' homes or businesses.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.

Sales Executive - Blinds & Curtains Departament
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our Blinds & Curtains Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Role
- Proactively identify and engage new sales opportunities for blinds and curtains
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of product offerings, trends, and competitors
- Conduct site visits to measure spaces and provide accurate quotations
- Manage the sales process from inquiry to installation, ensuring timely delivery
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and clients to drive repeat business
Requirements
- Proven sales experience

Role
- Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork
- Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures
- Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Warehouse Managers or Supervisors
- Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipment
- Following workplace health and safety rules when handling goods
- Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules
- Assisting with warehouse inventory controls.
- Treating merchandise with care and concern at all times
- Preparing orders for deliveries.
- Taking responsibility for a company’s Stock and assets by reporting any suspicious activity at work
Requirements
