Check my order status

After creating an order on the OK Home website, you may follow it's progress through your OK Home account. The following are the steps to check on your order status.

• From the top right click the icon.
• Enter your username and password and login to your account.
• From the list of options, click    icon which leads to the orders section.
• From the list of orders, select the order you wish to check the status of.
• All the details for that order are now listed for you.
